Cascade came right out the day we called and assessed the problem. They had to order a part, so they put the heater on auxiliary heat, so we'd have heat until the part arrived. They estimated the part would come on Wednesday and it did. They put it in and we're toasty. We bought our system from them and we have always had prompt and excellent service. Great company.
